Yes, Muneeza, who gave up her government job and decided to develop her passion for making beauty products from natural ingredients under the name “Zian Organics”. Self-produced oils, lotions, soaps, shampoos and other cosmetic products are not common as they are prepared from pure plants with no chemicals.
Muneeza Jilani, a native of Srinagar’s Lal Bazar district, holds a Masters in Computer Science and started her own business in 2018 with a focus on “health for all”.
Muneeza started its business with only one skin product, but due to increasing demand, today it produces more than 40 organic cosmetic products for skin and hair in house under the name “Zian Organics”. It wasn’t easy for Muneeza to start such a business, but she won the support of her family with her confidence and enthusiasm. In order to further develop her skills and gain full expertise, she also regularly attended training courses on organic cosmetic development.
Muneeza says that all these herbal products are made without using any chemicals or artificial colorants, and they use natural plants such as saffron, lavender, sandalwood, honey, apricot, almond, walnut, Kalnoji, special types of turmeric, pomegranate, olive and coconut.
The female entrepreneur, who currently produces all these cosmetic products in her own home with the help of several women, wants to establish a factory not only to produce more organic cosmetic beauty products, but also to expand her business so that more people can shop. being employed
He says that social media is an important tool for marketing, so that the person not only promotes their products to more people, but also takes orders.
